Integraion
The API Market is the first section of the DApp interface and serves as a decentralized marketplace where API providers can list their services, and users can discover and subscribe to various APIs. This market facilitates trustless transactions using the protocol’s native token (DEPN), creating a seamless experience for decentralized API access.
Getting Started
Become an API Provider:
Click on the Become API Provider button to register as an API provider.
Follow the prompts to list your API, including details such as the API name, URL, description, and pricing in DEPN tokens per request.
Explore Available APIs:
Browse the API cards on the main market page, each displaying the API name, a short description, and an Enter button.
Each API card provides a quick overview, allowing users to see available services, from AI applications to blockchain data APIs, and make selections based on their needs.
Interacting with an API
View API Details:
Click Enter on an API card to access more detailed information about the API.
The API detail page provides an expanded view, including the API’s description, usage instructions, and any associated images or icons.
Subscribe to an API:
Under APIs Provided, you’ll see a list of available endpoints with details such as the endpoint name, URL, description, and the price per request.
Click Subscribe to initiate a subscription to the API. Subscriptions are paid in DEPN tokens, and users are prompted to confirm the transaction through their wallet.
Subscription Management:
Once subscribed, users can manage their subscription balance directly within the DApp.
Balance indicates the remaining DEPN tokens available for this service, enabling users to monitor their usage and refill as needed.
